Welcome to

Amed Beach Villa was first opened in 2012as a single level 2 room accommodation. In 2027 it was decided to take advantage of our location and viewing possibilities by going up and adding 3 more rooms with another 2 levels. The ground floor has some changes and the new second level added 3 more rooms.

Two Panorama rooms were added for the guests to enjoy the amazing views of the secret Mt. Agung and the Amed coastline, arguably giving the best views of these icons in the area… from both the rooms and huge furnished terraces.

A third room our Corner Twin is located in between the two Panorama rooms and suitable for children or single traveller or those who prefer single beds. The view from this room is quite limited but does have an outdoor seating area with sea view and streetside balcony.

A staircase leads from this level to our rooftop terrace, again furnished for the guest comfort to enjoy the views that includes spectacular sunset on or around Mt. Agung, weather conditions permitting … together with uninterrupted of the Amed coastline.

Our guest experience was been vastly improved with these additions and we get many favorable comments. We are situated on the beach with great snorkeling directly in front, turtles sighted regulary … free equipment is available for guests together with watercraft.

Our location is in front of the one of most popular dive spots in Bali with the pyramids closeby … Diveshop contacts can be provided.

Our area has recently undergone a huge amount of civil works with the road being upgraded and new footpath and drainage … now very user friendly.

We are centrally located with many choices of restaurants, salons, shops, all closedby or within an easy walk.
Transport can be arranged if required.
The nearby restaurants specialize in Balinese, western cuisine ++ and fresh local seafood.

Transport to or from AMED BEACH VILLA can be arranged from anywhere in Bali including airport pickup and drop off. All our staff are local Balinese with a wealth of knowledge of the area and they are only too happy to help with any questions.
